Supporting Volunteer (Administration Support - Macclesfield & Peak Forest Team)
Take advantage of this fantastic opportunity to learn new skills and become one of our Supporting Volunteers. We are looking for someone that can help to support administration across the Macclesfield and Peak Forest operations team, ideally you will be an organised person with an awareness of the importance of data protection and that is willing to support us with a variety of tasks.
Tasks could include;
- Updating volunteer training records
- Tracking and updating volunteering hours
- Updating lifejacket servicing records
- Logging volunteer works on SAP
As an Administration Volunteer you will feel part of the team, with plenty of opportunity to learn more about a variety of subjects like digital media, SAP, and CRM. The role can be flexible around you as it can be done from home or can be based at one of our hubs or depots. You will make a difference by being an additional voice in the team, providing essential support to make sure we’re doing the best we can for our volunteers and staff alike.
