Towpath Team Volunteer (Congleton Towpath Taskforce)

Congleton Towpath Taskforce will tackle low level maintenance jobs such as litter picking, vegetation management, graffiti removal, towpath improvements and generally making the canal in this area a more attractive place for everyone to enjoy.

Join us and work as part of a team in the great outdoors. No tools or experience is required, just appropriate clothing that you don't mind getting a bit mucky, and lunch is always a good idea too!

It's a great chance to meet new people and learn about how we look after the waterways. These teams are always led by one of our colleagues or Lead Volunteers who make sure that you have the best time caring for the local canal.

Starting in April, meet on the first Tuesday of every month at the Queens Head in Congleton at 10am.
