Towpath Team Volunteer (Broad-cut towpath Volunteer)

Join our team and help care for your local canal or river while enjoying time outdoors with others. All volunteering activities take place as part of a supportive team and can include planting, painting, vegetation management, litter picking, and a variety of other practical conservation tasks.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, learn new skills, and gain insight into how we maintain and protect our canals and rivers. Every session is led by an experienced member of staff or a Lead Volunteer, who will provide guidance, support, and ensure everyone has a rewarding experience while helping to care for local waterways.

We meet on one Saturday and one Wednesday each month, and there’s no expectation to attend both, you can volunteer on the days that suit your schedule.
