Waterside Champion (Welcome volunteer Anderton Boat Lift visitor centre)

We are looking for volunteers in our visitor centre at the Anderton Boat Lift. We are seeking confident, enthusiastic volunteers to help on our welcome desk and support in our cafe at busy times.

The role includes:
Greeting our guests at our entrance, talking to them about our centre. Taking payments for boat trips and items from our gift shop, we operate a card only system so cash handing is not required. Experience of using a till and customer service experience are essential

As a Welcome volunteer we need your support to be there for our customers.
