Supporting Volunteer (Roving IT Support Volunteer)

We are looking for tech-savvy volunteers who are able to spare some time to assist our remote teams with their technology needs. Volunteering within our IT team you will be brought up to speed with all of the technology given to our colleagues to use and be a friendly supporting hand for any issues they may have.

Some of our colleagues are based in remote locations across the country and we need our volunteers to meet them at their locations and be there for assistance. This will help ensure our teams have everything they need to work safely and capture all the information required.

As a Supporting Volunteer you will feel part of the team, with plenty of opportunity to learn more about a variety of subjects like digital media, SAP and CRM. You will make a difference by being an additional voice in the team, supporting our steering groups to make sure we’re doing the best we can for our volunteers and colleagues alike.
