Ambassador Volunteer (Community Fundraising Support Volunteer)

Join the Canal & River Trust as an Ambassador and help to connect more people to our canals. Your role will help to preserve our nation’s history and keep canals alive. You will have the opportunity to support some incredible events, be part of a supportive team network, and gain a new appreciation for our unique environment.

We need your support to help build support from those who have yet to discover our network. As an Ambassador, no one day is the same and you will get the chance to experience a diverse array of volunteer opportunities all across our regions.

In this role you will support the Face2Face team in fundraising at a regional level, engaging with local communities, schools, sports clubs and faith groups. With the support of your Face2Face team, you will be a local face for the Trust and will help identify new fundraising opportunities locally. You will form part of the Face2Face team and attend meetings and training sessions within the Face2Face team.
