Conservator Volunteer (Garden Maintenance)

Join us today to become a Conservator Volunteer and be part of the team keeping history alive by preserving our waterways. In this role you’ll get to experience the many faces and locations of our beautiful network and help maintain our structures and assets. Whether it’s working on pre-planned maintenance cutting back vegetation around aqueducts, or tackling graffiti in our more urban locations, our Conservators do a fantastic job of making sure there’s plenty of beauty on the doorstep. This is a great opportunity to make a huge difference in your community whilst learning more about the canals in your area.

We are currently looking for 1-2 volunteers to help with grass cutting and garden maintenance about the Trevor Basin area of the UNESCO Pontcysyllte World Heritage Site, preferably one day per week March to October.
