Come and take part in the litter challenge taking place at Startops and Marswoth Reservoirs! We'll be meeting at the Startops Parking Zone at 10:00. All equipment and PPE will be provided, as well as any advice and support you need to make this event a community success. Please remember to dress to suit the weather on the day... and don't forget to bring some lunch!

In today’s world, littering has become a significant environmental issue, impacting our natural habitats, communities, and overall well-being. To combat this growing problem, we're organising a litter pick session around the reservoirs. Litter picking has a ripple effect beyond just a cleaner environment. It brings communities together, fostering teamwork and a sense of accomplishment. Moreover, participating in this activity can boost mental well-being. Litter picking is a simple yet powerful way to protect the environment and enhance community spirit. Every small effort counts, and when we work together, we can achieve remarkable results.

Drop-in roles offers a great way to meet other local Trust volunteers and staff, learn new skills, hear about other volunteer opportunities, or just spend a few hours outdoors improving your local waterway environment.
