Towpath Team Volunteer (Market Harborough Towpath Taskforce)

Join us and work as part of a team to look after the canal in Market Harborough. You'll always be volunteering in a team in the great outdoors. You could be planting, painting, doing vegetation management, litter picking or any number of things.

Meeting twice a month we carry out a wide range of maintenance and conservation tasks and activities that improve the waterway for the local community and local wildlife.

Each session runs from 10am to 1pm, but you are welcome to stay for as long or as little as you like!

It's a great chance to meet new people and learn about how we look after the canals and rivers. These teams are always led by one of our colleagues or Lead Volunteers who make sure that you have the best time and help care for the local waterways.
