Supporting Volunteer (Data Support - Remote working)

Working remotely with our friendly CRM team (based out of Leeds) this role will be focussed on improving the integrity of our data within our system SugarCRM. This will involve merging records for organisations and individuals, as well as helping to improve the data quality on the records we currently hold.

This role would be well suited to somebody with a data management background and/or IT skills. This project will be ongoing for as long as required but we anticipate it closing within a year. Ideally suited to a volunteer who can assist us approximately one day a week. We are more than open to questions about the opportunity so feel free to get in touch.

GDPR training is provided however a good working knowledge of GDPR compliance is preferred, as well as IT background.

As a Supporting Volunteer you will feel part of the team, with plenty of opportunity to learn more about a variety of subjects like digital media, SAP, and CRM. You will make a difference by being an additional voice in the team, supporting our steering groups to make sure we’re doing the best we can for our volunteers and staff alike.
