Supporting Volunteer (Survey Volunteer at the National Waterways Museum, Gloucester)
Do you enjoy talking to people? Are you confident in using a tablet to complete a few questions? Come and join us to help gather valuable feedback from visitors at the National Waterways Museum, Gloucester.
What you’ll do:

Observe and note the behaviours and general profile of visitors as they explore the site

Approach visitors in a friendly, engaging, and welcoming manner Invite visitors to take part in a short survey, clearly explaining its purpose

Use a tablet to read out survey questions and accurately record visitor responses

Follow guidance on health, safety, and data privacy

Report any issues or feedback to your designated contact at Canal & River Trust
What we’re looking for:

Friendly, welcoming people that are happy to approach members of the public

People who can commit to a minimum of a couple of hours a week

Basic knowledge of technology - you’ll be using a tablet (full training will be provided)
