Towpath Team Volunteer (Let's Paint Osterley Lock)

Come and join us on Wednesday 10th June 2026 between 10:30 and 14:30, for a satisfying day's volunteering. The main activity will be weeding and painting Osterley Lock. The meeting point will be by Lock 98 Osterley Lock, next to Elthorne Park, closest postcode W7 2BB - what3words: jobs.shapes.duty. Boston Manor tube station is a 15 minute walk away and there are also bus stops nearby, some parking may be available along Trumpers Way, but it is limited All tools, equipment and a hot drink will be provided, together with expert and friendly support. All under 16's need to be accompanied by an adult. This is a great way to meet other local volunteers and spend a few hours outdoors improving your local waterway environment. No experience is required, you just need to be willing to get stuck in and get dirty. Please wear old clothes appropriate for the weather conditions (e.g. waterproof jacket, warm layers), water to stay hydrated and sturdy footwear ideally boots or wellies.
